Return Policy

Georgia Furniture Mart wants you to be totally happy and satisfied with your merchandise. If you feel that the merchandise you purchased is not a perfect fit for your home, you may return the items for reselection, store credit, or refund. Items must be returned within 7 days after you receive your merchandise. All returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when it was purchased, complete with all components & hardware, instructions, and original packaging (if the item was picked up). Items being exchanged of equal or greater value 1

 

Exclusions

 

Delivery and Pickup

 

If your merchandise was delivered and you wish to have GFM pick up the merchandise from your home, the following will apply:

  1. The original delivery fee will not be refunded.
  2. There will be a pickup charge that is equivalent to the original delivery charge. You may return the merchandise yourself to GFM for no extra charge.
  3. If you choose to reselect, you will be charged a delivery fee on the new order in addition to the above fees.

 

Fabric Protection and Leather Care

Once Fabric Protection (5-year extended warranty treatment) has been applied to your merchandise, the charges for this protection are non-refundable.

 

Final Sale Merchandise

Final sale merchandise is not eligible for layaway, return, refund, or exchange. All sales are final. Any merchandise purchased from our Clearance Center, Floor Model merchandise, and all accessories (lamps, artwork, linens, knick knacks, rugs, plants) are sold as-is, no warranty shall apply. All final sale merchandise must be delivered or picked up within 5 days of purchase. Failure to obtain product within 5 days of purchase will result in cancellation of those items and the balance will remain as a store credit, less a 25% cancellation fee. GFM will assess a minimum of 25% restocking fee for cancellations or returns of special-order items. No exceptions please.

 

90-day Comfort Guarantee

We understand the importance of a good night’s sleep, so we want our customers to shop with confidence when buying a new mattress.  Georgia Furniture Mart offers a 90-day sleep guarantee when you purchase a mattress pad with your new mattress.  We only require you to sleep on your new mattress for a minimum of 30 nights. Your body needs that time to adjust to your new support system.  If after 30 nights you are still not satisfied, we will do a one-time exchange for another mattress of equal or greater value.* Should you reselect to a mattress of greater value, the price difference will be charged.

*Comfort Guarantee Details:

  1. One-time reselection only.
  2. EXCLUDES special orders, floor samples, clearance, and adjustable bases.
  3. In order to be eligible, you must purchase a mattress pad from GFM at the time of your mattress order (mattress pads are non-refundable). Your mattress must be clean, undamaged, and free of any and all stains with the law label intact. No exceptions please. 
  4. A delivery charge will be applied for reselections. 
  5. A minimum mattress set purchase of $799 or more is required to qualify. 

 

Layaways

It is Georgia Furniture Mart’s Policy that a layaway order takes an initial deposit of 10% of the order total to hold the prices of the product.  A minimum payment of $20 must be made every 30 days to keep the layaway open & active. Merchandise is not held until the order is considered paid in full. Product may take up to 4-6 weeks to be filled.

 If a layaway is inactive for over 30 days, then the customer will forfeit the option of a fully refundable cancellation.  If the account is inactive over 90 days, then the order will be cancelled, and funds transferred into a store credit.  An Additional 10% deposit will be required to re-open a layaway before the store credit can be reapplied to the order.
